My Calling

I am a sound guide and facilitator, sacred space holder for anyone who is being called back to their knowing that they are whole and that love is your birthright. It is my honor to walk beside as your unique powerful voice rises, truth flows and joy abounds as you find your Harmonic Alignment.

As a sound healing facilitator, I guide personal sessions, workshops and sacred site retreats around worldwide. Using the awesome power of the human voice, crystal bowls, tuning forks and breath to help unlock, release blocks, allow clarity and knowingness to return; in groups we turn into one humming field, strangers syncing and remembering that we have always known each other. It is all to spark your unique voice and rhythm helping you step in your power and know your Harmonic Alignment.

How Sound Frequency Heals

Sound is not just what we hear it is what we feel.

Every single thing carries a vibration.  Every word, every organ, every cell a frequency.

When life experiences throw us out of alignment, we fall out of tune.

Sound at the right frequency brings us back into resonance.  This process know as entrainment, helps your brainwaves, heart and nervous system synchronize into a calm coherent rhythm a more natural state coherence.
